• Welcome new employees and guide them through orientation procedures
• Provide information about company policies and procedures
• Assist with documentation and registration tasks
• Support the orientation facilitator as needed Minimum Requirements
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Friendly and professional demeanor Nice to Have Skills
• Previous customer service or onboarding experience
• Comfortable working with technology and forms Preferred Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in administrative or onboarding roles Other Requirements
