Veterinary Receptionist - Runner — Animal Clinic Northview North Ridgeville, OH | Full-Time Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-9:30 PM with rotating Saturdays (7:30 AM-4:00 PM) Starting at $15.00/hour with shift differential pay starting at $22.95/hour Why Animal Clinic Northview Medical/Dental/Vision

  • 90-day review & annual performance reviews What You'll Do Welcome clients and patients, prepare exam rooms, and support efficient patient flow throughout the hospital Obtain patient weights, collect appointment information, and maintain accurate medical records Assist with surgery admissions, document processing, medication pickups, and administrative tasks Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked exam rooms, lobby areas, and common spaces Communicate effectively with clients, doctors, and team members to deliver an exceptional client experience Respond calmly and efficiently to urgent and emergency situations Support hospital operations through teamwork, cross-training, and training new team members as needed What You Bring Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced veterinary environment Compassion for patients and clients, with a commitment to exceptional service Ability to safely handle and restrain pets with appropriate assistance when needed Reliable attendance and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays A positive attitude and commitment to fostering a collaborative, team-oriented workplace Ready to take the next step?
