You'll play a crucial role in managing guest relations, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting gym operations. Your ability to multitask and communicate effectively will help create a warm and inviting atmosphere for all visitors. What you'll do Greet guests with a friendly smile and assist them with check-in and check-out processes. Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries and schedule tours with guests (NO outbound sales calls or high-pressure sales tactics) Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Execute cleaning as needed Maintain front desk operations by keeping records organized and up-to-date. Basic qualifications Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality management. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by the needs of the club. Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems.
