What You'll Do (But Not Limited To): Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a comfortable and positive salon experience Conduct thoughtful consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and lifestyle considerations Answer incoming calls and monitor, listen to, and return voicemail messages promptly. Process client payments accurately using approved payment methods. Build lasting relationships with clients through trust, consistency, and exceptional service Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with state regulations Uphold a polished appearance and represents the Ciao Bella brand with pride and professionalism Educate clients on services, maintenance, and product recommendations to enhance results Assist with basic register transactions and salon software tasks as needed Provide and maintain your own professional tools and supplies Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continue growing your craft

What We're Looking For:

Active Pennsylvania Cosmetology Student (Minimum of 300 Hours) - this is a preference, not a requirement. Flexible availability (weeknights not required ), typical workdays are 8:30am to 3pm Strong customer service and communication skills Compassion, patience, and professionalism-especially when working with senior clients Ability to work independently while being a positive team player Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
