We are seeking a full-time or part-time, upbeat, positive, and detail-oriented individual to expand our amazing veterinary health care team. The Client Service Representative position is vital in ensuring our patients are looked after long before and after their visit to the hospital. The responsibilities would include, Welcoming daily appointments, including check in and check out procedures Medical records processing Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments Responding to client communications; emails, text messages, and voicemails Processing invoices / payments Requirements to apply: Genuine care for pets, your fellow team members, and clients Proven experience in client services along with very strong communications skills. Passion for educating and collaborating with clients and staff Strong data entry / keyboarding skills Enthusiastic and positive attitude On the job training with excellent team members, paid uniforms, pet care discounts, all within a community we have been proud to be part of for more than 65 years.
