A Front Desk Receptionist, Customer Service Representative and Administrative Assistant for a small heating and cooling company. You will need to learn Quickbooks basics and have good phone skills. You will need to use scheduling software and communicate effectively with other staff including the service manager and technicians. We need someone who is available Mon-Fri from 8-5. The position varies in weekly hours depending on how busy the office is. Summer is our busiest time and this position will require the most hours in the summer and winter. This position is considered to be full time but during our slower times, fall and spring, hours could be a little less than full time but our aim is to keep that hours between 30-40 hours a week.

Candidates must possess:

Good Phone & Customer service skills Ability to multitask under pressure Good Computer Skills Knowledge of Excel and Word Quickbooks experience helpful, but not necessary Good handwriting and typing skills A high school degree or GED Office experience helpful HVAC experience or knowledge helpful Starting pay @ $14-17hr but negotiable.
