Role Summary The Client Care Liaison serves as the first and last point of contact for clients and plays an essential role in maintaining a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Welcome clients warmly and foster a professional, inviting atmosphere Coordinate appointments, consultations, and treatments with accuracy and attention to detail Communicate clearly and confidently about services, procedures, and next steps Maintain precise and up-to-date client records within practice management systems Respond to questions and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and reassuring experience Collaborate with team members to support smooth, efficient daily operations Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using technology and client management software, insurance background is a plus!
