Duties and Responsibilities:
You are the face of Good Dog Pet Resort, so you're in charge of greeting everyone who comes in.
Must be comfortable in basic dog handling skills such as leashing and unleashing a dog.
Gather information to customize a customers daycare, boarding, grooming, or bathing services and (feeding, medications, or any special needs the dog requires).
Enter customer & dog data into our computer software.
Answering telephone calls and emails
Be knowledgeable on pricing and services
Use social media to promote in-unit and out of unit events
Strive for high customer review ratings
Qualifications :
MUST LOVE DOGS
Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast paced environment surrounded by dogs!
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work flexible days and hours, including some holidays and some weekends
Ability to make/take phone calls while still assisting lobby
Personal Characteristics :
Outgoing, enthusiastic by nature

Detail oriented
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required Ability to work varied schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to use standard office equipment such as a computer, phones, copiers, etc.
