Targeted Pay:

$45,000 Some people answer phones. Some people set the tone for the entire office. Velocity Flex is looking for two polished, professional, and genuinely personable Administrative Receptionists who know how to make a great first impression - whether it's welcoming a visitor, answering a call, helping coordinate the office, or simply making sure things run the way they should. What you'll own: Be the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls Manage visitor check-in, badges and records Support meetings, travel arrangements and company activities Help keep office supplies and day-to-day operations organized Coordinate with vendors and internal teams Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion What we're looking for: 2+ years of professional receptionist experience, strong communication and organizational skills, confidence working with different levels of an organization, and proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
