We are looking for someone who will help us create an outstanding experience from the moment someone walks through our doors. Who We're Looking For The Front Desk Receptionist is our Director of First Impressions and plays an important role in the culture and daily operation of our Market Center. We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, organized, dependable, and genuinely enjoys helping people. This person should take pride in creating a welcoming environment and understand that our agents are our customers. The right person will be proactive, positive, and willing to jump in wherever needed. They should be comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk. This role works closely with our leadership and administrative team and is an important part of keeping the Market Center organized, connected, and running smoothly. What You'll Do Open and prepare the Market Center each day, ensuring the office is ready for agents, guests, classes, and appointments. Greet agents, clients, recruits, vendors, and visitors warmly and professionally. Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately. Maintain a welcoming, professional, and organized reception area. Help ensure conference rooms, training rooms, kitchen, workroom, and other common areas remain clean, organized, and ready for use. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries. Monitor office supplies and assist with ordering and restocking as needed. Help maintain printers, copiers, and other shared office equipment. Assist with office files, databases, forms, and general administrative tasks. Support the Leadership Team with projects and day-to-day office needs. Assist with classes, meetings, office events, and agent activities. Update office displays, bulletin boards, announcements, and event information. Assist with internal and external social media and office marketing. Help maintain contact databases, campaigns, event registrations, and follow-up. Build strong relationships with our agents and help create an environment where people feel welcomed, supported, and connected. Be an active contributor to the culture and energy of the Market Center.
