What You'll Do You will be the first point of contact for clients and a key support for the firm's daily operations.
Core responsibilities include:
Greeting visitors and answering phones with professionalism and warmth Managing calls, messages, appointments, hearings, and deadlines Handling incoming/outgoing mail, correspondence, and basic client billing/collections support Organizing client files and information Assisting attorneys and staff with operational tasks Maintaining a clean, organized office and following firm processes Assist with strategic business development and marketing You'll also take ownership of assigned projects, solve problems proactively, and contribute as a reliable team member. Ideal qualities include:
Positive, professional presence and genuine empathy for clients lent written and verbal communication Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines with attention to detail Comfort working both independently and as part of a team Willingness to occasionally assist after hours when needed Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Adobe/PDF tools, and common office systems Previous administrative or is helpful but not required Most important: A work history that demonstrates commitment and longevity (ideally 2+ years in prior roles). Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree, paralegal training, or related education preferred.
