The Receptionist serves as a welcoming, informative role in our company, greeting guests and helping solve any issues that may arise. The ideal applicant will be self-motivated, able to problem-solve on their feet, have an upbeat personality, and possess a solid background in customer service. We operate Monday through Friday from 7:30 am-4:00 pm. We are flexible with hours and open to this being a part-time position with the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet and welcome all visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our office. Efficiently manage incoming phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals. Create and maintain new customer accounts, facilitating service setup as needed. Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist with various office management tasks, maintain accurate records and data, and support special projects as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Experience working in an office setting. Outstanding phone etiquette and strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service, including handling challenging situations with poise and professionalism Knowledge of office management procedures and organizational skills Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and ability to manage multiple calls simultaneously
