Answering customer calls and creating a great first impression Scheduling appointments and managing calendars Following up with customers Assisting with invoices, paperwork, and administrative tasks Keeping customer and company information organized Helping coordinate communication between the office and field team Supporting day-to-day operations Helping improve our systems and processes Assisting with hiring, onboarding, and team projects as we grow Jumping in wherever you're needed Ability to work around kids - we are family owned and we have three of them.
