Patient Support Services Specialist (Receptionist)

Workdays:
Monday to Friday 8-5 Position Summary Provides front‑desk and administrative support for a behavioral health clinic. Serves as the first point of contact for clients and callers, supports scheduling and intake processes, and helps maintain an organized, confidential, and welcoming office environment. Key Duties Answer phones, greet clients, and assist visitors Schedule appointments and support intake processes Enter and update client and insurance information in electronic health records Collect copays and coordinate with Finance and Care Navigation teams Maintain office organization and follow confidentiality requirements Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of receptionist or medical office experience Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills Proficient with computers and office software; typing 45 WPM Additional Requirements Background check and drug screening required Proof of required vaccinations (MMR, Hep B, Tdap, flu) Why Join Us?
