Office Assistant — Lake Mason Campground (Seasonal, Part-Time) Briggsville, WI Picture this: the phone rings just as a family walks up to the desk, a stack of mail needs sorting, and somewhere in between you're helping a guest book their weekend getaway and you love every minute of the variety. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Office Assistant to help keep Lake Mason Campground running smoothly. What You'll Be Doing Answering phones, taking reservations, and taking messages Greeting and directing visitors with a warm, welcoming attitude Opening, routing, and distributing incoming mail and correspondence Processing payments and following up on leads Handling light collection efforts for delinquent accounts Pitching in with light cleaning around the facility Other duties as assigned — every day looks a little different! What You Bring High school diploma/GED and at least 2 years of office administration experience A genuine customer-care focus, whether in person, in writing, or on the phone A professional, positive, team-oriented attitude A willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new processes Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Strong writing skills for routine reports/correspondence, and the ability to present information to groups Comfort with basic math (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing across units of measure) Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure Good to Know This role is regularly on your feet, standing, walking, sitting, and reaching are all part of the day, along with occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. You'll frequently lift/move up to 35 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Compensation:
$14-$16/hour, non-exempt. A full hook-up site may be negotiated as an alternative form of compensation in exchange for a lower hourly rate. Days and hours may vary based on resort needs.
