Job Description
American Telecenters is hiring for our Telephone Operator Position. We answer inbound telephone calls on a computer and we take messages for our clients when they're unavailable. We handle catalog orders for a local catalog company that sells German Products. We serve Christian Ministries where we handle orders, donations and even prayer. We'll give you a script to read the prayers from, you would need to be comfortable praying over the phone with people. (It's about 3-5% of our calls) We are looking to hire part time positions. Must have weekend availability. Being bilingual is a plus!
