We are seeking a Vehicle Registration Clerk to join our team at Goldamity Insurance Services. In this role, you will be assisting clients with processing personal and business registration for vehicles, as well process transportation permit services, and provide support to our insurance representatives. Responsibilities Assist clients with the registration process for personal vehicles, IRP registration, and permit services. Assist licensed brokers with insurance policies. Provide customer support and marketing through effective communication via phone, email, text message and in-person interactions. Maintain accurate records and files of client information and transactions. Utilize computer systems to input data and generate necessary documentation efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Greet all clients who come into the office Requirements Pass back Ground Check with DOJ with Department of Motor Vehicles People Person, positive energetic Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred Previous experience in sales or related filed is preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in computer literacy and familiarity with office software applications. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
