Fred Beans offers in house, paid training for this position! Join Fred Beans Automotive Group, voted Best Places to Work 7 years running! This position will be full time, 40 hours per week. Flex scheduling is available. Accounting Office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30AM until 5:00PM.

Pay:

$21-$23/ hour What You'll Do Process the sale of new and used vehicles sold Remit Payoffs for outstanding loans for vehicles being traded in Calculate salesperson commissions Maintain sales commission sheets (excel) Submit commissions to the payroll department biweekly Submit the Finance Contracts to the lenders for payment Maintain the new and used vehicle inventory schedules for accuracy Submit any warranties or aftermarket products sold Calculation of end of month settle-up for salespeople commissions What we offer Company funded training and leadership programs to help you further your career.
