Pay & Benefits $25-$40 per hour, depending on experience Full-time or seasonal positions available 401(k) with 4% company match Health insurance Paid time off Paid on-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Retirement plan Safety equipment provided We're Hiring Crew Leader, Climbing Arborist What You'll Do Perform professional tree and shrub care, including pruning, and removals. Safely climb trees and use industry-approved rigging techniques (Climbing Arborist positions). Operate aerial lifts, chainsaws, chippers, and other tree care equipment. Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and equipment maintenance. Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects safely and efficiently. Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service. What We're Looking For 1+ years experience in tree care, specifically climbing, tree removal, and pruning. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Ability to work safely outdoors in all types of weather and physical conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. ISA Certified Arborist certification is a plus but not required. Ability to commute to or relocate to Hailey, Idaho. Ready to Join Our Team?
