Job Description

Buckley's Best Tree Care is seeking an experienced Tree Crew Foreman to lead our tree crew and field production. This is a senior field position for a proven tree professional capable of independently planning and executing production with a high degree of independence.

QUALIFICATIONS

Substantial professional tree care experience Extensive aerial lift/bucket experience Proven experience with complex removals and rigging Experience with hazardous and storm-damaged trees Climbing capability when aerial equipment cannot access the work Strong working knowledge of chainsaws, rigging and tree equipment Proven crew leadership experience ISA Certified Arborist preferred Class A CDL strongly preferred Strong attention to detail, sound judgment and professional conduct

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead daily production and crew assignments Plan and execute safe, efficient tree removals Maintain high standards for safety, workmanship and property protection Develop crew members and maintain accountability Oversee field equipment maintenance and repairs Enforce company operating procedures Serve as the primary point of communication between the field crew and ownership Our operation is supported by a well-equipped fleet including an aerial lift, articulated loader, grapple debris truck, Bandit SG-75 stump grinder, professional STIHL saws and rigging equipment.

COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITY

$40-$45/hour, based on experience and demonstrated capability Overtime paid Monday-Friday schedule No regular weekend work Supplemental construction work available during seasonal slow periods to help maintain consistent hours Relocation assistance may be considered We are looking for an experienced professional who wants significant responsibility, autonomy and the opportunity to help shape the next stage of the company's growth.
