The ideal candidate has proven experience in pruning, removal, and tree maintenance using safe climbing techniques. Responsibilities Climb trees using ropes, harnesses, and rigging techniques. Perform pruning, removal, and tree treatment according to safety standards. Operate chainsaws safely while working aloft. Identify hazards (power lines, structures, tree condition) before starting work. Coordinate with ground crew to safely lower branches and logs. Comply with

ANSI Z133 / OSHA

safety standards. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a tree climber. ISA Certified Arborist or Certified Tree Worker/Climber Specialist certification (preferred, not required). Knowledge of rigging and pruning techniques. Valid driver's license. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
