Full-Time Position Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Experienced Tree Climber & Arborist Lead to join our team. This is a leadership role for someone who is confident in all aspects of climbing, rigging, and crew management, and takes pride in safe, efficient, high-quality work. What You'll Do

• Perform advanced tree climbing for pruning and removals
• Lead and manage a crew on job sites from start to finish
• Execute technical rigging safely and efficiently
• Ensure all work meets industry safety standards
• Assess tree health, structure, and potential hazards
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Assist with defensible space and fire prevention work What We're Looking For 3+ years of professional climbing experience (required)
• Strong rigging and technical removal skills
• Proven leadership and crew management experience
• Solid knowledge of proper pruning standards
• Ability to work safely, efficiently, and independently
• Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)
• ISA Certification (preferred, not required)
