Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious CMC Lift Operator to join our team. This role involves operating CMC lift for tree care, pruning, and removal projects, ensuring the health and safety of trees and surrounding environments. The ideal candidate will have outdoor work experience, familiarity with arborist rigging techniques, and a strong commitment to safety protocols. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic outdoor setting, contributing to landscape maintenance and tree management projects. Duties Operate CMC lift safely to access high branches for pruning, trimming, or removal of trees. Perform tree care tasks including pruning, trimming, and plant health assessments using arborist rigging techniques. Conduct tree removal operations with proper rigging and chainsaw use, ensuring safety and efficiency. Utilize GIS tools for mapping and planning tree care projects when applicable. Execute rigging procedures for complex tree removals or limb disassembly. Assist with plant pruning care and landscape maintenance activities such as lawn care and landscaping tasks. Follow all safety protocols during operation of equipment and during outdoor work activities. Maintain equipment including lift, chainsaws, and other tools in good working condition. Adhere to environmental regulations and best practices related to tree care and landscaping. Skills Proven experience operating CMC lift in an outdoor environment. Knowledge of GIS applications related to landscape or tree management. Strong understanding of arborist rigging techniques, tree removal, and tree care practices. Proficiency with chainsaws, plant pruning tools, and other landscaping equipment. Familiarity with safety protocols specific to bucket truck operation and outdoor work zones. Experience in horticulture, dendrology (tree identification), or related fields such as arboriculture or landscaping. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working at heights safely. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail during complex rigging or pruning operations. Growing experience in horticulture or landscaping is preferred for ongoing professional development in the field. Climbing skills preferred

VALID DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED
