We do preservation-focused work — pruning, cabling, risk assessment, and treatment plans that follow ANSI A300 and ISA Best Management Practices. If you've ever felt rushed past doing a cut right, or wanted to actually learn the "why" behind pruning decisions instead of just running a saw, this is a different kind of crew. What you'll do Climb and perform pruning, structural work, and removals following

ANSI A300

standards Work alongside risk assessments — you'll see the reasoning behind the plan, not just the plan What we're looking for Climbing experience (rope and saddle; SRS/MRS both fine) Comfortable with a chainsaw at height ISA Certified Arborist a plus, but not required — we'll support you toward certification if you don't have it yet Genuine interest in doing the work well, not just fast Valid driver's license; willingness to obtain CDL Must be 18 or older Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Who thrives here Rock climbers, adventure seekers, tree climbers, anyone who enjoys fresh air, teamwork, and making a positive impact on the environment.
