Monona, WI Pay:

Starting at $30 per hour depending on experience Maplewood Tree Care is looking to add a highly experienced arborist to our crew. We're a local, family-owned company known for quality work, strong customer relationships, and a team that takes pride in doing things the right way. Our crew brings decades of combined experience, and we're looking for someone who can step in and contribute at a high level. What you'll be doing: Climbing and performing advanced pruning and removals Rigging and working safely in complex situations Leading and supporting crew members on job sites Communicating with clients when needed Operating equipment as needed (spider lift, loaders, etc.) What we're looking for: Several years of professional tree care experience Strong climbing and rigging skills ISA Certified Arborist (preferred) Safety-focused and detail-oriented Team player with a good attitude Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must have reliable transportation Able to pass a drug-free workplace policy Bonus experience: Crane work CDL Experience with aerial lifts / spider lift Crew leadership experience
