Job Overview Join our dynamic agricultural team as a Farm Hand where your energy and dedication will help keep our farm running smoothly and efficiently. In this vital role, you will assist with a variety of hands-on tasks that support overall farm operations. Your proactive approach and strong work ethic will contribute to a thriving farm environment, ensuring high standards of safety and operational excellence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in agriculture while working outdoors in a rewarding setting. Responsibilities & Requirements Operating a John Deere 2650 with a flail mower to maintain large grass fields Cutting and splitting wood using a chainsaw and a hydraulic wood splitter Operate farm machinery including tractors and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on farm equipment and machinery; perform mechanical repairs as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas. Follow safety protocols diligently during all activities to prevent accidents or injuries on the farm. Outdoor work experience with physical stamina for manual handling and heavy lifting tasks (being able to work in the Arizona climate is a must!) Experience Previous farm experience or outdoor work experience is highly preferred; familiarity with agricultural environments is a plus. Hands-on experience operating agricultural machinery such as tractors, forklifts, and power tools is essential. Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and maintenance tasks is beneficial. Understanding safety standards to ensure a secure working environment. Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 25.0 per week
