Overview The Cultivation Deleafing Hand plays a vital role in the agricultural process, focusing on the careful removal of leaves from plants to promote healthy growth and maximize yield. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a basic understanding of plant biology and cultivation practices. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within a team to ensure that deleafing is are carried out efficiently and effectively. Duties Perform deleafing tasks on plants, ensuring minimal damage to the plants. Monitor plant health and report any issues to supervisors. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the cultivation area. Utilize and equipment for effective deleafing and plant care. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain quality standards. Assist with general maintenance of equipment used in deleafing activities. Deleafing Skills Prior experience in cannabis cultivation preferred but not required.

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour
