It is expanding its team. We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work and want to grow with our company. Responsibilities As Green Horizon completes its transition to a fully in-house workforce, we are hiring Cultivation Associates for current and upcoming openings. Candidates interested in cultivation are encouraged to apply now. Assist with plant care and daily cultivation activities Support transplanting, pruning, defoliating, and trellising Prepare rooms for planting and production Assist with harvesting and cleaning Perform other production-related responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Must be able to follow detailed instructions, safety requirements, and cannabis compliance procedures Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced cultivation and production environment Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties required for the position Applicants must satisfy all employment, background, licensing, and eligibility requirements applicable to their position Prior cannabis or agricultural experience is preferred but not required Why Join Green Horizon?
