In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient production of cannabis-infused products, ensuring all processes adhere to strict regulatory standards and quality protocols. Duties Prepare cannabis-infused products according to established recipes, formulations, and standard operating procedures. Accurately weigh, measure, and process cannabis materials and ingredients. Operate production equipment safely and efficiently. Package, label, and seal finished products in compliance with state regulations and company specifications. Maintain detailed production records, batch logs, and inventory documentation. Ensure all products meet quality standards for consistency, appearance, and potency. Follow all Colorado MED regulations, company policies, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production environment. Report equipment issues, product discrepancies, or compliance concerns to management. Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and product quality. Participate in required compliance, safety, and responsible vendor training. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Possess and maintain an active Colorado MED Employee License. Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized procedures. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic math skills for weighing and measuring ingredients. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
