• Penrose, CO 81240 Penrose Management is a commercial cannabis greenhouse currently hiring awesome, positive energy people to assist in Watering and various Greenhouse duties. The right candidate will be smart and accurate in their work, as well as have a passion and knowledge for gardening, plants and soil. Cannabis growing knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities:

Cutting clones, planting, pruning, and transplanting. Watering, mixing reservoirs, running irrigation systems. Trellis, filling pots, and harvesting. Ensure curtains and greenhouse mechanics are running correctly Must be able to jump in and help out wherever needed. You will learn some Metrc for tagging and tracking plants Assure daily compliance with company policies and state/local regulations Maintain that all production areas and equipment are clean and tools put away at the end of the day. Ensuring daily productions schedules and cleaning is attended to.

Ability to perform tasks with great efficiency over the entire work day and without losing quality. Must have current Colorado MED badge. Some College experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance) and must be able to do so with care and caution when working with plants.

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation, and able to show up on time and every day.
• Cannabis growing knowledge is a plus
• You will need a passion for people, a passion for cannabis, and enjoy working in the industry.
• This is a working agricultural operation, candidate should expect rural/farm conditions, similar to most greenhouse work.
• This is a moderately active position, it will require a fair amount of both movement and lifting, and also prolonged sitting.

Expect moderate light repetitive lifting.
