Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Entry-Level Irrigation Technician and kickstart your career in landscape and irrigation systems! In this role, you will assist with installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems to ensure lush, healthy landscapes. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop hands-on skills in irrigation and advance to service technician. No prior irrigation experience is required—just a passion for outdoor work and a willingness to learn! Paid training will be provided to help you succeed and grow into higher levels. Responsibilities Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems using hand tools and power tools Conduct routine inspections of irrigation components to identify issues or leaks Use small construction equipment under supervision for system installation or repairs Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites, ensuring safety protocols are followed Follow detailed instructions from senior technicians to complete assigned tasks efficiently Requirements & workplace standards We are a drug-free workplace Pre-employment and random drug screening may be required Safety-sensitive portion requiring clear judgment and focus Experience in the green industry (lawn care, landscaping, groundskeeping, outdoor labor, etc.) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Dependable, punctual, and coachable Basic mechanical knowledge in working with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery.
