We are looking for an experienced Irrigation Technician with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on irrigation experience who can confidently diagnose, repair, and install irrigation systems independently. This is NOT an entry-level or helper position. Applicants must have at least 3 years of irrigation field experience to be considered. What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial irrigation systems
• Replace valves, rebuild manifolds, and repair mainlines and lateral lines
• Troubleshoot low pressure, leaks, electrical issues, and irrigation wiring
• Install new zones and modify existing irrigation systems
• Program and troubleshoot controllers (Hunter, Rain Bird, etc.)
• Perform system inspections, audits, and coverage adjustments
• Install drainage systems and outdoor lighting (preferred, but not required)
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles
• Communicate professionally and clearly with customers Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on irrigation experience (REQUIRED)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (REQUIRED)
• Clean Background (REQUIRED)
• Strong irrigation troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience working with PVC pipe, valves, rotors, sprays, drip irrigation, controllers, and wiring
• Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently Application & Screening Process Answers to all screening questions is required Physical Requirements
