Take ownership:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Plant, cultivate, maintain, and harvest strawberry crops according to company standards. Prepare fields for planting, including setting plants, laying plastic, and assisting with irrigation systems. Remove weeds, diseased plants, and damaged fruit to promote healthy crop production. Harvest strawberries while meeting established quality and productivity standards. Assist with packing and handling fruit to maintain product quality. Load, unload, and transport harvesting containers, supplies, and equipment as required. Support irrigation, fertilization, and crop maintenance activities. Operate hand tools and authorized farm equipment safely and effectively. Clean and maintain equipment, containers, and work areas. Follow all food safety, sanitation, quality, and workplace safety procedures. Maintain a productive and professional work environment. Assist with other farm operations and special projects as assigned. Required Qualifications & Skills Previous agricultural or farm experience preferred but not required. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Ability to follow instructions and quality standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced agricultural environment. Commitment to safety, quality, and food safety practices. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, and direct sunlight. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and stoop for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the workday.
