Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support operations in our fast-paced agricultural greenhouse environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working as part of a team, and being in an active setting. Essential Responsibilities Planting, transplanting, spacing, and moving trays of plants Watering, pruning, and general crop maintenance Preparing plants for shipment Cleaning and maintaining work areas Following safety and quality procedures Supporting other departments as needed Requirements Ability to work in a greenhouse environment (warm temperatures, humidity, standing for extended periods on concrete floors) Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs regularly Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to follow directions and safety guidelines Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen Schedule Temporary full time assignment with opportunity to become full time permanent Day shift availability required (may include weekends during peak season) What We Offer Team-oriented work environment Opportunity to gain agricultural and greenhouse experience Potential opportunity for future seasonal or permanent roles How to Apply Speedling is a drug-free workplace and an equal opportunity employer.
