Seasonal Color Specialist Coastal Bloomers, a division of Dynamic Landscape, is looking for a Seasonal Color Specialist who has a passion for plants and takes pride in creating beautiful, well-maintained indoor and outdoor spaces. This position is responsible for installing and maintaining seasonal flowers and ornamental plant material at residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working outdoors, and has a strong interest in horticulture and plant care.

Responsibilities:

Install seasonal flowers, annuals, perennials, bulbs, and ornamental plants. Prepare planting beds, containers, and other areas for installation. Perform routine plant care including weeding, deadheading, pruning, fertilizing, and watering. Monitor plant health and identify potential pest, disease, or environmental concerns. Maintain clean, healthy, and visually appealing seasonal displays. Follow planting plans and Coastal Bloomers' quality standards. Maintain clean and organized jobsites, tools, and equipment. Provide professional and respectful service while working on customer properties.

Qualifications:

Previous horticulture, landscaping, gardening, nursery, or related experience preferred. Basic knowledge of plants and seasonal color preferred. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to learn and grow horticultural knowledge. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to perform physical work including bending, kneeling, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds. Valid driver's license required. At Coastal Bloomers, the details matter.
