Job Description

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our farming operation. This is a hands-on position that involves all aspects of crop production, irrigation, equipment operation, and general farm maintenance. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining equipment and property, and is willing to adapt to the changing needs of the farming season. Responsibilities Monitor and manage irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution and crop health. Operate a variety of agricultural equipment and machinery safely and efficiently, including tractors, loaders, and other farm implements. Plant, cultivate, monitor, and assist with harvesting crops. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm equipment, machinery, irrigation systems, and vehicles. Maintain farm buildings, fences, roads, and other infrastructure. Load, unload, and transport materials, supplies, and harvested crops as needed. Identify and report equipment issues or crop concerns. Keep equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition. Follow all farm safety procedures and operate equipment responsibly. Assist with additional farm duties as needed throughout the season. Qualifications Previous farm or agricultural experience is preferred but not required. Experience operating tractors or heavy equipment is a plus. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic equipment repairs. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks. Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is dependable, takes initiative, and values doing quality work. Farming requires flexibility, especially during planting and harvest seasons, so the ability to adjust to changing priorities and work longer hours when necessary is important. $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
