We are seeking driven Irrigation Technicians who excel at customer service. In our business model, great service leads to higher pay: as you gain experience and build your skills, you will manage your own dedicated customer route, consult directly with homeowners on system upgrades, and transition to a performance-based commission structure where top earners regularly make $30+ per hour . How Our Pay & Benefits Work (Transparent & Rewarding)

Guaranteed Base Rate:

$20.00 - $25.00 / hour (based on experience) while training and building your skills.

Commission Transition:

Once running your own route, you move to a commission incentive model where you earn whichever is higher —your guaranteed hourly rate or your total earned commission.

High Earning Potential:

On commission, experienced and service-minded technicians frequently average $30.00+ / hour .

Off-Season Paid Training:

Stay sharp and continue growing during the winter months with paid professional development and certification opportunities.

Return Bonuses:

Route Ownership:

Build and maintain your own recurring customer territory in the Western Suburbs.

What You'll Do Customer Service & Consulting:

Perform system inspections, explain repairs clearly to homeowners, and recommend smart water-saving upgrades.

Repairs & Retrofits:

Repair pipe leaks (mainline/lateral), replace heads/nozzles, modify drip lines, and program smart controllers.

Route Management:

Over time, independently manage your daily appointments and customer relationships across your assigned service area.

Quality Workmanship:

Deliver high-quality repairs with extreme attention to detail and respect for customer property.
