Grow Technician Compensation:

$18.00-$20.00 per hour ($19/hour), paid weekly

Job Type:

Full-time (40 hours weekly)

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00

PM Overtime:

Offered on a voluntary basis, never required

On site at 12 Latti Farm Road, Millbury, MA What We Offer Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off and sick time Employee discount Hands-on training on the job Occasional team cookouts at lunch Who We're Looking For Applicants must be 21 years of age or older High school diploma or an equivalent credential Willingness to complete an annual background check No previous experience necessary — we gladly train motivated, dependable people who want to learn A plus: those coming from landscaping or restaurant work often adapt well and thrive in a fast-paced setting Day-to-Day Responsibilities Tend to cannabis plants through routine work like watering, pruning, trimming, and inspecting Assist with harvest tasks including offloading, cutting, hanging, and sanitizing Contribute to post-harvest steps such as drying, curing, destemming, trimming, and milling Restock flower rooms and handle cannabis waste disposal in full compliance with regulations Keep the grow facility and all equipment clean and sanitary Weigh, track, and record materials and stage progress accurately in line with state rules and company SOPs Work across a range of temperatures and lighting; bringing a change of clothes is suggested for comfort How You Work With Others Dependable and self-motivated, comfortable both independently and as part of a team, and consistently professional, respectful, and flexible Steady attendance matters — let management know early when running late or requesting time off Keeps communication clear and proactive with peers and supervisors, and voices any concerns respectfully
