Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Team Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role working in various Agriculture, conservation, and landscaping projects. This position requires a blend of physical stamina, technical skills, and teamwork to achieve our goals. Duties Operate equipment to mow and maintain tree plantings. Operate commercial driving vehicles and heavy machinery as needed for various projects. Utilize hand tools effectively for various conservation, agriculture, and landscaping projects. Assist in supervising team members during projects to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Able to work in a team setting to accomplish goals. Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to develop efficient work plans and schedules. Experience Previous experience in landscaping or agriculture is preferred but not mandatory. Experience with operating landscaping and agricultural equipment a plus. (Zero turn mowers, tractors, brush hog mowers, etc) Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safe operation of vehicles is a plus. Proficiency in using hand tools and heavy lifting techniques is essential. Strong ability to work as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when required.
