Seasonal Farm Worker - Southern Maryland (Aquasco, MD) A Heart 4 People Farm is hiring Seasonal Farm Workers to support our vegetable production during the peak growing season. We welcome applicants from St. Charles County, St. Mary's County, and the Southern Maryland region who enjoy outdoor work and want to contribute to a small, community-focused farm.

Responsibilities:

Harvest vegetables and assist with daily field tasks Perform weeding, mulching, and general field maintenance Support trellising and bed preparation for fall plantings Assist with irrigation tasks Pick and pack produce for distribution Work independently on small crews (often 1-2 people)

Pay and Schedule:

$16-$20 per hour (based on experience) 7am-12pm (July and August) Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays (choose 2-3 days per week) Season runs ASAP through end of

November Location:

Aquasco, MD (accessible from Waldorf, La Plata, Hughesville, Mechanicsville, Charlotte Hall, Leonardtown, and surrounding Southern Maryland communities) Bi-weekly pay Interview required Opportunity to continue into fall (full-day shifts available)

Qualifications:
