DIFFERENT TYPES OF WORK
This position is for people who are willing and able to work wherever they are needed on the farm. Our work changes depending on the project and the time of year. Employees may work in the vineyard, winery, construction, property maintenance, or other farm operations, depending on what work Bella Terra Vineyards / MCCB, LLC is doing at that time. Employees must be prepared to move between different types of work as needed. For example, when we are working in the vineyard, employees may be assigned vineyard work. When we are doing construction on the farm, employees who have the necessary skills and experience may be assigned construction work.
WORK MAY INCLUDE
Planting and caring for grapevines Pruning and maintaining vines Grape harvesting Vineyard and farm maintenance Winery and production assistance General construction Carpentry and framing Concrete work Building and property improvements Equipment operation Maintenance and repairs General labor and other farm projects

Are dependable and ready to work Are flexible about daily work assignments Can perform the work they are assigned safely and correctly Have experience with vineyard, farm, construction, equipment, or maintenance work Can follow instructions Show up on time Work well with others Take pride in quality work Are willing to learn additional skills You are not being hired to choose only vineyard work or only construction work. You are being hired to work as part of the Bella Terra Vineyards / MCCB, LLC team and perform the work that is needed at the time, based on your skills, experience, and ability to do the job safely.
