The Position:
Weed Control & Fertilization Technician Your Mission:
"I Own the Result." In this position, we expect you to take total responsibility for the health and appearance of our clients' lawns. You aren't just an applicator; you are the guardian of our quality and the expert on the ground.
The Standard:
You ensure every property receives the exact treatment needed and that applications are safe, precise, and efficient. You maintain accurate service records and don't make excuses—you find solutions for every weed and turf issue.
The Asset:
You are fully responsible for the spray truck, the chemicals, and the application equipment. You Steward Our Resources by ensuring chemicals are used safely and equipment is maintained and never abused.
Communication & Expertise:
Excellent communication skills are required. You will be the face of the company, providing excellent customer service and explaining treatments to clients so they understand the value we provide. Winter Operations While many industry roles are seasonal, we offer this as a Full-Time, Year-Round position for those who want long-term stability. Requested /
Needs:
If you choose the year-round option, you will transition to assist with our snow removal operations during the winter months. What We Value (Requirements)

Pesticide Applicator License:
Required (We will help the right candidate obtain this).
Driver's License & DOT Card:
Required (We help you navigate the DOT process).

Schedule & Benefits Consistency:
We work Monday through Thursday 7:15 to 5:45 with overtime available during peak seasons
