Job Summary We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented individuals to join our Cultivation Team at a state-of-the-art multi-tier indoor grow facility. This entry level position will play a vital role in maintaining the health and quality of our plants. As part of our expanding organization, this position offers a unique opportunity to grow with the company, receive hands-on training, and earn promotion from within. Multiple positions are available. Key Responsibilities Assist in daily plant care including watering, pruning, defoliating, and trellising Monitor plant health and report any signs of pests, disease, or deficiencies Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment according to SOPs Follow lighting and feeding schedules accurately Accurately complete logs and compliance documentation as required Support harvest, drying, and trimming operations as needed Participate in ongoing training and development sessions Requirements Must be 21+ years old Must pass background check and fingerprint prior to hire Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for the work day Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Comfortable working in a physically active, team-oriented environment Willingness to comply with all local cannabis regulations and workplace policies Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in cannabis cultivation, agriculture, or horticulture Familiarity with indoor grow operations or hydroponic systems Desire for a long-term career in the industry
