Cannabis farm hand Pine River, MN 56474 From $20 an hour - Part-time, Full-time, Contract From $20 an hour - Part-time, Full-time, Contract Job Summary We are a new cannabis cultivation microbusiness in the process of building a farm near Pine River, Minnesota. Seeking local workers that are passionate about cannabis, willing to work hard, looking to build a career in the industry and want to grow with us. We have a multi-phase growth plan, starting with outdoor cultivation, then manufacturing products for dispensaries and providing unique products and experiences that Big Cannabis doesn't. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground level and become a foundational team member!

This summers work includes:

helping build out the farm, planting, caring for cannabis plants, learning farming techniques, and general farm labor. Must be willing to work hard and work outdoors in the elements. This fall we will need alot of help with the harvest, cutting plants down, some basic processing, and prepping for sale. This winter will get more into product manufacturing and genetics. We also need some office help if the outdoor work isn't for you. Looking to fill one full time (regular work week) role and multiple part-time employees as well as some occasional contract help (1099). Starting pay is $20-25 based on experience, will definitely increase as we build, with performance based bonuses throughout the season. Most of the work is now through October, and starting again in April. Must be able to pass the state required background check for authorized cannabis employment.
