We need seasonal employees to assist with the fall tilling and harvesting job duties. Employees will need to operate tractors and tractors implements to assist with tilling and harvesting of crops. Employees will also need to drive farm trucks and trailers to haul grain during harvest from fields to storage locations. Per state regulations, employer is exempt from a commercial CDL requirement for farm trucking. No commercial trucking is required. Employer may provide $1/hr. bonus for returning employees after one full year of employment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience.
