Responsibilities Assist with livestock management, including feeding, watering, grooming, and health monitoring of animals such as cattle, horses, or other farm animals Operate heavy equipment such as tractors, forklifts, and other agricultural machinery safely and efficiently Perform routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on farm equipment and machinery using hand tools, power tools, welding techniques, and basic mechanical knowledge Support irrigation systems setup and maintenance to ensure optimal water distribution for crops or greenhouses Handle manual labor tasks including heavy lifting, fencing repairs, animal handling, and planting or harvesting crops Supervise or assist with farm workers in various outdoor activities to ensure safety standards are maintained during all operations Maintain accurate records of animal health treatments, equipment repairs, and daily farm activities in compliance with safety standards in production Experience Proven experience working on a farm or in an agricultural setting with hands-on knowledge of farming practices Demonstrated ability to operate farm machinery such as tractors, forklifts, power tools, and irrigation systems Experience with livestock care including animal husbandry and livestock management techniques Skilled in equipment repair, maintenance operations (MRO), welding, and mechanical troubleshooting Knowledge of safety standards related to outdoor work environments and heavy equipment operation Familiarity with horticulture practices such as greenhouse management or growing crops is a plus Strong manual handling skills combined with basic math proficiency for measurements and calculations related to farming tasks Join us in cultivating a vibrant farm environment where your skills make a tangible difference!
