Responsibilities Provide attentive care for livestock and animals, including feeding, watering, grooming, and monitoring health conditions. Operate heavy machinery such as tractors, forklifts, and other farm equipment safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance of grounds and utilize hand tools or power tools. Handle manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy loads, fencing installation, equipment setup, and general farm upkeep. Supervise or assist with other team members as needed while adhering to safety standards in all activities. Qualifications Prior experience in farming, agriculture, horticulture, or outdoor work environments is highly desirable. Demonstrated knowledge of animal husbandry and animal handling techniques. Experience operating farm machinery including tractors, forklifts, or other heavy equipment; certification is a plus. Mechanical skills related to equipment repair, maintenance, welding, and MRO (maintenance, repair & operations). Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently. Outdoor work experience with a focus on safety protocols; equine experience is beneficial for farms involving horse care.
