Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Hand to join our agricultural team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the daily operations of the farm. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for working outdoors. The Farm Hand will play a crucial role in maintaining the farm's productivity and ensuring the well-being of livestock and crops. Duties Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops Wash and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform irrigation tasks to ensure proper watering of crops. Repair and maintain equipment as necessary to ensure optimal performance. If experienced some equipment operation is required. Skills Proficiency in operating some heavy equipment and farm machinery. Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing equipment Ability to irrigate fields effectively based on crop needs. Capability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
