Lead Commercial Irrigation Technician Urban Landscaping & Irrigation | DFW Area We're looking for a Lead Commercial Irrigation Technician who knows irrigation systems, takes pride in high-quality work, and can confidently lead field repairs and installations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants more than just a job — someone who can own the work, solve problems in the field, and help guide a team. If you're experienced in irrigation and ready to step into a lead role, this is your opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead irrigation repair, maintenance, and installation jobs Diagnose system issues including leaks, broken heads, wiring problems, and controller malfunctions Perform troubleshooting and efficient field repairs Install and adjust sprinkler systems for optimal performance Work with and guide irrigation technicians in the field Communicate job status and issues clearly with the office team Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company quality standards

What We're Looking For:

Experience in irrigation repair and/or installation (required) Ability to diagnose and solve irrigation system issues independently Valid Driver's License (required) Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable in the field Ability to work outdoors in Texas conditions Preferred (But Not Required): Previous lead technician or crew leadership experience Knowledge of multiple irrigation controller systems and smart irrigation technology Experience with commercial irrigation systems Spanish-speaking ability (strong plus in our field teams) Irrigation license or backflow certification
