Attend to live farm, ranch animals that include cattle, sheep; Duties include feeding, watering, herding, grazing, castrating, branding, catching, and loading animals; Mix and distribute feed to livestock; Maintain records on animals; Examine animals to detect diseases and injuries; Assist in birth deliveries, weaning, and breeding; Administer medications, vaccinations, or insecticides as appropriate; Clean and maintain animal housing areas; Inspect, maintain, prepare, and repair livestock facilities, buildings, pens, yards, waterers, and fences; Spray invasive plants such as prickly pear, mesquite, etc. Must speak and understand English.
